Patent description:本发明属于冶金领域，公开了一种SUS304不锈钢及其制备方法，该方法包括：（1）将工业纯铁、金属铬、金属镍、金属钼放入坩埚中，将高纯石墨、工业硅、电解锰和氮化铬放入加料仓中；（2）将坩埚中原料进行熔化；（3）采用加料仓中原料进行合金化；（4）对合金化后的钢液进行浇铸，得到铸锭；（5）将铸锭进行高温锻造和固溶处理，冷却后得到SUS304不锈钢。由此，通过采用添加氮化铬合金和充入氮气方式在真空感应炉熔炼，有效减少了钢液中氮气溢出，最终实现SUS304不锈钢强度和塑性的有效提高，避免了由于不锈钢中氮质量分数过高
