        Li Jin, Male, born in Yanhu District, Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province in December 1983, is a member of the expert committee of IEEE Photonics Society, IEEE Sensor Society,  Optical Society of American, China Electronics Society and Photoelectric Material Device Network. In 2007, 2009 and 2013, he received bachelor's degree in Electronic Science and Technology, master's degree in Physical Electronics and Doctor's degree in Physical Electronics from Harbin University of technology; In 2017, he was a visiting scholar of the Laser Physics Center of the Australian National University.

        After graduation in December 2013, he joined the optical fiber sensor team of Professor Zhao Yong in the College of Information Science and Engineering of Northeastern University, mainly engaged in the research work of optical Micro/nano Fiber and Photonics Sensing, Photoelectric Detection and Optical Device Design, aiming to design and promote the Intelligent Application of Optical Micro/nano Fiber Sensing and Micro-devices, and presided over the sub-project of National Key R&D Research Plan, as well as many provincial and ministerial projects, such as the Youth Fund of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Material Joint Fund of the Liaoning Provincial Natural Science Foundation, the Doctoral Research Start-up Fund, Fundamental Research Funds for Central Universities of the Ministry of Education, the Excellent Talent Fund and the General Fund; Participated in the Research of National Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, General and Youth fund of National Natural Science Foundation, National Science and Technology Support Program, 863, Ministry of Education, General Equipment Department and other projects, Guest Editorial Board of SCI Retrieval Journals Frontier in Materials and Sensors (MDPI), Editorial Board of Frontier in Sensors and Reviewers Board of Polymers (MDPI); he also served as the reviewer of some international academic journals such as Nanoscale, Sensors and Actuators A/B, Optics Letters, Optics Express, Plasmonics, Analyst and Analytical Methods.

        In recent years, he has published more than 90 SCI indexed papers in journals and international conferences such as Naoscale, Sensor Actuat A/B, Appl. Phys. Lett., Opt. Lett., Opt. Express, Europhys. Lett., Chem. Phys. Lett., Opt. Commun., Opt. Laser Tehnol., Physica e., including more than 50 SCI papers as the first/corresponding author; authorized 15 invention patents.
