Research interests
1. I am interested in the uniform corrosion, corrosion fatigue, hydrogen embrittlement and stress corrosion cracking of nuclear-grade structural materials and nuclear fuels in the advanced nuclear reactor, like Very High Temperature Reactor (VHTR), Supercritical Water Reactor (SCWR), and Molten Salt Reactor (MSR) et al;
2. I am astonished about the corrosion resistance and surface modification of environment-friendly galvanized steel and welding materials, the photocatalysis and biocompatibility of TiO2 Nanotube Array Coating
3. I am good at analyzing corrosion behaviors and corrosion evolvements of metals and alloys by using electrochemical techniques, like potentiodynamic polarization curve, MS, EIS et al, and I am familiar with the conventional techniques of surface analysis, such as SEM, XPS, XRD, TEM, IR, UV-Vis et al;
4. I can figure out expertly the crystal structure of specimen by XRD and other analysis softwares, and I am familiar with the thermodynamic calculations of oxides by E-pH diagram, oxide solubility.
