个人简介Personal Profile
罗雪文，男，工学博士，副教授，硕导/博导。2024年博士毕业于哈尔滨工业大学，导师是通信领域国际知名专家陈晓华（Chen Hsiao-Hwa, IEEE Life Fellow, IET/BCS/AAIA/EAI/AIIA Fellow）教授。研究领域聚焦无线通信、信息安全、语义通信、通信感知一体化等B5G/6G移动通信关键技术，谷歌引用次数超过1,300次，单篇论文引用超过800次。作为第一作者在IEEE Communications Surveys & Tutorials（IF:46.7，IEEE影响因子最高期刊）、IEEE Wireless Communications（IF:11.6）、IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications（IF:10.7）、IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology（IF:7.1）、IEEE Network（IF:6.3）等通信领域旗舰期刊上发表论文8篇，其中ESI热点论文1篇，ESI高被引论文3篇，在通信领域知名会议IEEE/CIC ICCC上发表一作论文1篇。发表的论文《Semantic Communications: Overview, Issues, and Future Research Directions》超过40个月位列IEEE Wireless Communications期刊Popular Paper首位，累计下载量超过34,000次。授权发明专利2 项。作为负责人主持博士后面上项目、中央高校基本科研业务费项目等，参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、重点项目、黑龙江省自然科学基金优青项目等。长期担任IEEE JSAC、IEEE TWC、IEEE TCOM、IEEE TVT、IEEE WCM、IEEE Communications Magazine、IEEE Network、Nature Reviews Electrical Engineering等通信领域顶级期刊审稿人。担任国际会议ACC6G 2026 Program Committee Chair、RSGPA 2026 Publication Chair、IEEE ICCT 2025 Tutorial Chair等，担任Journal of Communications and Information Networks期刊 (《通信与信息网络学报（英文）》, 中国科协《高质量科技期刊分级目录》信息通信领域 T1 级期刊）青年编委。
