新能源的随机波动和负载的不确定性投切极大地损害了电力系统实时供需平衡的能力,导致严重弃风弃光行为,每年浪费电能相当于半个三峡大坝的发电量。针对相间、交直和供需不平衡导致的弃风弃光问题,构建了频率特性无穷维度状态方程模型并等效降阶技术,提出了交-直/单-三能量传输通路及控制技术,设计了通信失效环境下的信息-功率复合调制技术,提出了多供能/换能主体的边缘控制技术。
