在实际工业生产中,生产管理与产品质量优化问题通常具有高维决策变量、复杂约束、多目标、Pareto前沿形状复杂等特点,传统优化算法难以高效求解,成为制约我国工业企业向智能制造转型发展的瓶颈科学难题。针对该问题,通过在算法搜索过程中引入数据解析和机器学习来挖掘知识,在基于知识驱动的多目标协同进化算法、基于知识驱动的多目标自学习进化算法、基于知识驱动的多目标多任务优化算法等方面开展研究,为求解实际工业生产中的复杂产品质量优化与生产管理问题提供新思路和新方法。
