姚迪，男，工学博士，副教授，博士生导师。2007年7月、2014年7月毕业于哈尔滨工程大学，获电子信息工程（水声）学士学位、水声工程硕士学位，2019年7月毕业于哈尔滨工业大学，获信息与通信工程博士学位。目前研究方向为毫米波雷达系统设计，先进信号处理技术，水下超声系统超分辨技术。以第一作者发表SCI论文16篇，申请发明专利6项，发表EI期刊及会议10余篇。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、辽宁省自然科学基金面上基金、国家重点实验室自主课题、中央高校基本科研业务费专项等项目。目前主持的在研横向项目“特征回波建模及处理方法研究”、“动杂波中目标特性分析技术”、“高频波段大面积海面回波建模分析”等。
