- Abstract:This is an article of the series study aiming to grasp the actual situation of rural land circulation, and summarize the issues related to land use. In this article, taking Ciyutuo village, an immigrant village of Han-Chinese, as example, the historical and social development process of land ownership and land use is explored. Then the status and characteristics of farmland transfer and farmers' stratum differentiation is discussed. Finally, the situation of farmland use and homestead use by different classes of farmers is explored, and the overall land use characteristics and the issues related to land use are discussed.
