- Abstract:This is the second article of the series study aiming to grasp the actual situation of rural land transfer, and summarize the future issues related to land use. In this article, taking a Korean-Chinese pioneer village, Shuguang village as example, the background, actual situation and supporting factors of farmland transfer and homestead transfer are explored, and the future issues are prospected. This study proves that the supporting factors of rural land transfer can be divided into 5 categories, and it is very important to strengthen the supporting factors in order to seek the sustainability of rural land transfer.
