Study on Residential Land Use Management in the Maintenance of Residential Area in Suburban Rural Communities - Case study of ShuGuang Village YinJia Subdistrict in ShenBei New District, Shenyang, China -

- Abstract:This paper discusses the actual-state of residential land use management of ShuGuang village YinJia Subdistrict in ShenBei New District, Shenyang, China. Giving up farming and beginning urban life is quite common in ShuGuang village, and the residents continued to reside in ShuGuang village is just 43 households, but almost all the house bases are in use. Among all the 161 house bases, 69 house bases are used by the 43 households, 47 house bases are used by the residents of other villages, 23 house bases are used by city dwellers, 13 house bases are used by relatives, and 9 house bases are in a state of neglect. The main reason of high utilization is that some rural residents of other villages lose their houses and want to keep living in the rural, and some city dwellers want to experience the living or farming in the countryside.
