Starting with a precise analysis of their dual resource and environmental attributes, the study aims to establish a systematic research methodology that encompasses multi-attribute characterization, revelation of interaction mechanisms, resource utilization, and precise regulation. The ultimate goal is to develop a theoretical foundation and technical pathway for addressing these critical issues.
