Serving the major national strategies of "Building a Beautiful China" and sustainable development, this research focuses on the challenges posed by secondary products and solid, liquid, and gaseous wastes generated in metallurgical and mining processes. Starting with a precise analysis of their dual resource and environmental attributes, the study aims to establish a systematic research methodology that encompasses multi-attribute characterization, revelation of interaction mechanisms, resource utilization, and precise regulation. The ultimate goal is to develop a theoretical foundation and technical pathway for addressing these critical issues.
