WANG Xinyue is currently a research fellow and associate professor at the Software College, Northeastern University. She has been selected for the National Overseas Young Talent Program (Postdoctoral Special Program) and the university's "Outstanding Young Scholars Program" (Tier B). She obtained a Ph.D. degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Paris-Saclay (ranked 64th in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings). Her research areas include scheduling optimization, swarm intelligence optimization, algorithm design, and theoretical performance analysis. She has published multiple research papers as first or corresponding author in internationally renowned journals such as IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems, IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering, Swarm and Evolutionary Computation, International Journal of Production Research, Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence, Neurocomputing, as well as in CCF-A conferences such as AAAI. She has served as the Principal Investigator (PI) for one project funded by the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities and participated in four projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. She also serves as a reviewer for international journals including IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems, IEEE Transactions on Green Communications and Networking, International Journal of Production Research, and The Journal of Supercomputing.
