- Summary: Due to the fact that the production of Cast-in-place reinforced concrete has some disadvantages,such as long construction period and quality instability,etc. A prefabricated composite shear wall structure system was used in No. 27 building of Wanke “Jin Yu Lan Wan”; also the experiments and exploration were carried out in the construction of precast wall panels、segmentation,waterproof. It was expected to provide reference for the design of prefabricated shear wall high-rise residential in the future.
