I focus on using quantum mechanics methods to calculate and study a series of basic physical problems in wide-bandgap semiconductors, low-dimensional semiconductor chip optoelectronic materials and devices. These basic physical problems directly face the most core and critical scientific issues in the actual development of semiconductor devices. By revealing the energy conversion processes such as carrier excitation and transport in condensed matter, we can effectively control new semiconductor chip optoelectronic materials to obtain the best properties and promote the development and application of cutting-edge semiconductor chip optoelectronic materials. Specific research directions include:
1. Characterization and regulation of defects and doping characteristics in wide-bandgap semiconductors;
2. Theoretical study of the atomic structure and electronic properties of low-dimensional semiconductor materials;
3. Theoretical simulation of excited-state carrier dynamics in semiconductor materials;
