Personal Profile:Wang Yong, received his BS degree in subject of mechanical design & manufacturing automation at Liaoning University of Petroleum & Chemical Technology in july 2009. Then he joined prof. Li’s vacuum and thin film device lab and started postgraduate study in subject of fluid machinery and engineering at Northeastern University. His main research project is on nano-probe electrical characterization system, which he has reviewed the papers of traditional four-probe electrical measuring techniques.
