Patent description:
本发明提出一种生产特超级纯净高速工具钢的方法,方法为按照目标钢种成分配料,将工业纯铁、金属铬、金属钨、金属钒放置到坩埚内;金属铝、石墨块、工业硅、钼锰镁合金置于内置密封仓内;抽真空后升温至原料熔清,添加铝预脱氧后保温;依次加入石墨块、工业硅后保温;通入高纯氩气,压力稳定后加入钼锰镁合金进行深脱氧与合金化处理;浇铸温度控制在1530℃~1535℃;浇铸结束后保压冷却20min,排出气体冷却至室温后取出钢锭,即可获得特超级纯净高速工具钢。本发明的方法中利用MoMnMg合金深脱氧、脱硫;并强化合金中Mg细化组织、变性夹杂、破碎碳化物的特点,并利用压力提高其作用效果,最终冶炼出全氧含量≤0.0002%,硫含量≤0.0005%的特超级纯净高速工具钢,显著改善其塑、韧性。
