Patent description:
本发明属于钢铁冶金技术领域,公开了一种超精细切割丝用钢中夹杂物塑性化的控制方法。用真空感应炉冶炼切割丝用钢的过程中,向钢中加入一种钾硅(KSi)合金,其化学质量百分比为:3%~7%的钾(K),其余为硅(Si)。控制钢中钾含量按质量分数为0.001%~0.005%。采用本发明,有利于变质切割丝用钢中夹杂物,使SiO2‑MnO‑Al2O3、SiO2‑CaO‑Al2O3系夹杂物熔点降低,塑性提高,有效地减弱大尺寸硬质夹杂物对切割钢丝的危害,降低钢丝的断丝率。
