Patent description:
本发明公开了一种用于铁素体不锈钢连铸的晶粒细化剂,其原料组成及重量百分比为:TiC粉0.01~0.05%,纯Fe粉99.99~99.95%;TiC粉的粒径<1μm,所述纯Fe粉的粒径在10~20μm,所述晶粒细化剂中TiC粉的颗粒的密度大于20000个/mm3。其制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)磨料:将碳热还原法制得的大颗粒TiC置于行星磨中研磨,研磨至平均粒径小于1μm,得到微米级的TiC粉;(2)混匀:将得到的微米级TiC粉和粒径在10~20μm的纯Fe粉按照原料重量百分比分别进行称取,置于球磨机内混合均匀;(3)热等静压成型:将步骤(2)混匀后得到的混合粉进行热等静压成型。在铁素体不锈钢连铸生产时,通过添加本发明的晶粒细化剂,铁素体不锈钢连铸坯柱状晶比例大为减少,等轴晶比例提高至70%以上,晶粒细化效果显著。
