Patent description:
本发明提供了一种提高钢液中镁元素收得率的方法,该方法首先将适量铁粉与镍粉、镁粉按一定比例混合以节省成本,并压铸成型;其次,将冶炼原料装入加压感应炉中,原料包括工业纯铁、工业硅、金属锰、金属铬、金属钼和钒铁;待对系统进行抽真空,真空度控制在10Pa以内;待冶炼原料融化后通入氩气对系统进行加压,随后由料仓加料口分批次加入已处理好的Fe‑Ni‑Mg合金;最后保压30~40min后减压出炉。本发明显著提高了镁在钢液中的收得率,使镁在钢液中稳定和有效地回收,且节约成本,易于操作。在钢的组织性能上,进行镁处理后的合金结构钢具有明显的晶粒细化,网状碳化物减少等优化,在降低成本的情况下更好地提高了合金结构钢的耐磨性、强度韧性及疲劳寿命等性能。
