毛文奇，副教授，2015年6月本科毕业于浙江大学材料科学与工程专业，2016年3月至2021年3月间于日本京都大学材料科学与工程专业攻读博士学位，获得工学博士学位。2021年4月至2024年3月于日本原子能研究开发机构从事博士后研究。2024年4月回国任教，加入王强教授团队（冶金与材料过程外场控制），主要从事先进金属结构材料组织性能调控与变形机理研究。截至目前，在国际权威学术期刊和会议中发表论文25篇，其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文9篇。现主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目一项。

金属结构材料、超细晶金属材料、金属组织控制、材料力学性能、马氏体相变及相关效应、中子/高能X射线原位衍射表征、变形表征、显微结构表征
