主要研究方向:1)细胞内生物分子的荧光成像:合成小分子荧光化合物、功能化修饰的荧光纳米材料,设计能量转移体系提高亮度,同时成像分析细胞内酶、金属离子、线粒体膜电位、温度等。2)纳米诊疗药物体系:制备离子液体基水凝胶、微乳、纳米复合物用于药物递送与治疗;构建刺激响应的金属纳米复合物用于成像介导下的热疗、化疗和免疫治疗的组合治疗。3)基于核酸技术的生物传感:利用CRISPR特异性识别和切割放大信号传感;以RNA为模板调控金属纳米簇的合成与发光;DNA杂交扩增技术触发细胞膜蛋白聚集和细胞代谢。
