        Yu Ruiyun, Director of the Office of Information Construction and Network Security at Northeastern University, and a third level professor at the School of Software. Visiting scholar at the University of California, Irvine and the University of Texas at Arlington. Chief scientist of the major project of the Industrial Internet Innovation and Development Project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, director of the Shenyang core node of the backbone network of China's education and scientific research computer network, director of the Industrial Internet Platform Application Innovation Promotion Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, outstanding member of the Chinese Computer Society, executive member of the Internet of Things Special Committee of the Chinese Computer Society, vice chairman of the Liaoning Institute of Graphics, and deputy director of the key laboratory of multidisciplinary design optimization technology for complex equipment in Liaoning Province.         From 2009 to 2023, he served as the Assistant Dean and Vice Dean of the School of Software at Northeastern University, responsible for undergraduate teaching, school enterprise cooperation, international education, and discipline construction. Currently, he teaches courses such as Artificial Intelligence (undergraduate), Advanced Artificial Intelligence (master's), and Computational Intelligence and Information Systems (doctoral).

        The main research directions are industrial vision, temporal perception data analysis, and 3D spatial intelligence. Actively promote technological innovation in the fields of "industrial Internet" and "artificial intelligence" in scientific research, and carry out research on intelligent software, algorithms and application systems in the fields of integrated circuits, precision manufacturing and other choke areas. As the project leader, I have led 25 research projects including major projects of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and National Natural Science Foundation of China, with a total project budget of 120 million yuan. A series of innovative achievements have been made in industrial product surface defect detection methods based on 2D/3D fusion machine vision, precision manufacturing intelligent optimization methods based on temporal perception data analysis, and production process stability control methods based on real-time digital twins. Some key scientific research achievements have been deployed in the industrial sector. Published more than 110 academic papers, authorized 29 invention patents, transformed 2 patent scientific and technological achievements, led the preparation of 2 group standards, and participated in the preparation of 3 international standards in top academic journals such as TKDE, oSN, TII, as well as top academic conferences such as INFOCOM, ICCV, KDD, etc; As the first author, I won one second prize for scientific and technological progress from the Chinese Instrumentation Society, one second prize for national teaching achievements, and three first prizes for teaching achievements in Liaoning Province. Trained 15 doctoral students and over 90 master's students.
