- Abstract:This paper aims to clarify the tendency of village differentiation in a township based on farmland liquidity, and put forward the village planning problems to be faced in the future in Northeast China. Taking Yinjia Subdistrict as an object for research, it is found that, in 2016, about 80 percent of farmers lent part or all their land to other agricultural operators. And based on the type of major borrowers, all the 15 villages can be divided into three types, “Absorption within the village type”, “Lending to operators outside the village type”, and “Agricultural company intervention type”.
