Study on Land Transfer and Stratification of Farmer Residents in the Suburbs of Shenyang, China - A Case Study of “CiYutuo” Hamlet, a Han Village -

- Abstract:This paper aims to clarify the actual situation of land transfer and stratification of farmer residents in the suburbs of Shenyang, China. Taking “CiYutuo” Hamlet, a Han Village as an object, it is found that the accumulation of farmland inside the village and the lease of farmland between the villages have been developed. And based on the scale of agricultural operation, all farmers can be divided into four categories. The historical and social relationship between farmers and the villages played an important role. In addition, new cooperation among farmers and villages has been formed in order to demand a larger scale of agriculture.
