张志刚,男,现为东北大学冶金学院副教授,博士生导师。主要从事铝电解惰性阳极、熔盐综合物理性质、冶金固废综合回收利用、粉末冶金高性能材料等研究。主持相关科研项目10余项,累计科研进款超600万。


主要研究方向

   1. 铝电解惰性阳极研究

  在“碳达峰、碳中和”政策下,传统碳素阳极存在的碳耗高问题越发严峻。基于粉末冶金原理,通过纤维增韧、纳米增韧等多种方式制备高导电性和抗热震冲击的NiFe2O4基铝电解惰性阳极材料,并开展长时间电解试验研究。

 2. 镁电解质熔盐综合物理性质研究

  以多极槽镁电解质体系为基础,研究电解质组成对镁电解质体系综合物理性质如初晶温度、表面张力、密度、电导率等的影响规律和作用机制,为企业电解质组成优化提供理论指导。

 3. 冶金固废综合回收利用

  以铝热反应炉渣为原料,通过粉末冶金方法制备铝热反应用坩埚,实现炉渣回收利用。
