周清，男，博士，1992年生，湖北荆州人。近年来，围绕大规模的组合优化和复杂资源调度等领域主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、辽宁省自然科学基金面上项目、中国博士后科学基金特别资助项目、中央高校基本科研业务费等项目多项，参与国家自然科学基金项目2项。在European Journal of Operational Research、Computers & Operations Research、Journal of the Operational Reseach Society、International Transactions in Operational Research、Information Sciences、 Applied Soft Computing等知名国际期刊上发表SCI论文11篇。担任European Journal of Operational Research、Computers & Operations Research、 Annals of Operations Research、 Information Sciences、Applied Soft Computing、系统工程理论与实践、系统工程学报、管理工程学报等多个国际、国内知名期刊的审稿人。主要研究兴趣为：组合优化、0-1整数规划、线性规划；元启发式算法设计，精确算法设计，以及生产运营管理、数据分析、机器学习等。
主要讲授课程如下。本科生课程：大数据与互联网+（全校通选课）、营销大数据分析与应用（市场营销系专业课）。博士生课程：智能优化算法设计及实例解析。 MBA课程：运营管理。
欢迎对0-1整数规划、优化算法设计、生产运营管理、数据分析、机器学习等感兴趣的学生与我联系。 每年预计有2-3个全日制硕士研究生名额（其中一个管科方向），以及若干个MBA、MEM研究生名额。
