王者超,教授、博士生导师,深部工程与智能技术研究院副院长,国家级青年人才计划入选者。担任辽宁省油气地下储存工程研究中心主任、教育部国际合作联合实验室常务副主任。兼任政协辽宁省第十三届委员会委员,政协沈阳市第十六届委员会委员,国家石油储备中心咨询专家,ISRM设计方法委员会委员、CSRME岩石工程设计方法分会理事长,中国大坝学会库坝渗流与控制专委会副主任委员,《Journal of Pipeline Science and Engineering》期刊副主编,《力学学报》、《油气储运》、《隧道与地下工程灾害防治》等期刊编委,中咨公司、中石油、中石化、中海油等企业能源地下储备领域咨询专家。荣获宝钢优秀教师奖、辽宁省先进科技工作者、中国岩石力学与工程学会首届“钱七虎奖”、中国石油和化学工业联合会青年创新奖、沈阳市先进科技工作者等荣誉称号。
主要从事能源地下储存理论与关键技术研究。面向国家能源安全需求,在裂隙岩体渗流特性与流固耦合效应方向取得了持续进展,主持研发了能源地下储库密封性评价与控制关键技术,在国家能源储备基地建设中得到广泛应用;围绕国家提出的双碳目标,开展超高压地下储能与二氧化碳地质封存过程基础理论与关键技术研发,结合示范工程推动技术工程化实施。主持深地国家科技重大专项课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目等国家项目10余项,教育部、辽宁、山东、山西、中石油、中海油、中石化等省部级重点项目10余项,完成国家重大工程咨询项目20余项,在自然指数期刊ES&T、JCP等高水平期刊发表论文160余篇,出版专著4部,编制国家、行业和团体标准10余部,授权发明专利30余项,牵头获省部级科技进步一等奖3项。承担了《弹性力学》、《储能技术概论》、《高等渗流力学》等多门课程的教学工作,主持教研项目3项,出版教材2部,牵头获辽宁省教学成果一等奖1项;培养博士后、博士生、硕士生近50人。
发起并组织了国际油气地下储存理论与技术国际研讨会(2019,沈阳;2021,线上;2023,廊坊;2025,青岛)、全国岩石工程设计方法研讨会(2018,沈阳;2019-2022,北京;2023-2024,成都)、面向未来的地下空间技术系列国际课程,建成了辽宁省油气地下储存工程研究中心,组织了首个全国地下水封洞库建设与运行关键技术高级研修班,在推动能源地下储存领域学术交流、平台建设、人才培养等方面发挥了积极作用。

Wang Zhechao, Professor and PhD Supervisor, Deputy Dean of the Institute of Deep Engineering and Intelligent Technology. He serves as Director of Liaoning Provincial Engineering Research Center for Underground Oil and Gas Storage, and Executive Deputy Director of the Ministry of Education International Cooperation Joint Laboratory. He also acts as a member of the ISRM Commission on Design Methodology, President of the CSRME Rock Engineering Design Methodlogo Sub-Society, Deputy Director of the Dam Seepage and Control Special Committee of China Dam Engineering Society, Associate Editor for JPSE, and editorial board member for journals such as Acta Mechanica Sinica, Oil & Gas Storage and Transportation, and Disaster Prevention in Tunnels and Underground Engineering. Additionally, he works as a consulting expert in energy underground storage for enterprises including China International Engineering Consulting Corporation, CNPC, Sinopec, and CNOOC. He has received honors such as the Baogang Excellent Teacher Award, Liaoning Provincial Advanced Science and Technology Worker, the first "Qian Qihu Award" from the Chinese Society for Rock Mechanics and Engineering, CPCIF Younger Scholar Innovation Award and Shenyang Municipal Advanced Science and Technology Worker.
His research interests focus on theories and key technologies for energy underground storage. Aiming at national energy security needs, he has made continuous progress in seepage characteristics of fractured rock masses and fluid-solid coupling effects. He led the development of key technologies for sealing evaluation and control of energy underground storage caverns, which have been widely applied in national energy reserve base construction. Centering on the national "Double Carbon" goal, he conducts research on basic theories and key technologies for ultra-high pressure underground energy storage and CO₂ geological sequestration, promoting technological engineering through demonstration projects. He has presided over more than 10 projects including National Science and Technology Major Project, National Natural Science Foundation general projects and key projects in Liaoning, Shandong, and Shanxi provinces, completed over 20 national major engineering consulting projects, published more than 130 papers, authored 3 monographs, formulated over 10 national, industrial, and group standards, obtained over 20 invention patents, and won 3 first prizes for provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress. He teaches courses such as Elastic Mechanics, Introduction to Energy Storage Technology, Advanced fluid Mechanics for geomaterials, presided over 3 teaching research projects, published 2 teaching materials, won 2 first prizes for Liaoning Provincial Teaching Achievements, and trained nearly 50 postdocs, PhDs, and master's students.
He initiated and organized the International Workshop on Underground Oil/Gas Storage (IWUOGS) (Shenyang 2019; Online 2021; Langfang 2023; Qingdao 2025), National Symposium on Rock Engineering Design Methodology (Shenyang 2018; Beijing 2019-2022; Chengdu 2023-2024; Xiongan 2025), and a series of international courses on future-oriented underground space technology. He established the Liaoning Provincial Engineering Research Center for Underground Oil and Gas Storage and organized the first national advanced seminar on key technologies for the construction and operation of underground water-sealed caverns, playing an active role in promoting academic exchanges, platform construction, and talent cultivation in the field of energy underground storage.
