ZHANG Yabing is an associate professor in Mining Engineering department at the College of Resources and Civil Engineering of Northeastern University, Shenyang, China. ZHANG Yabing is from Langfang city, Hebei province. He received a bachelor degree of geological engineering and a master degree of geotechnical engineering of Northeastern University in 2005 and 2008, respectively. ZHANG Yabing then went to Nanyang Technological University of Singapore as a project engineer in 2008, and went to Simon Fraser University of Canada in 2009 for doctoral research, where he received his doctoral degree of earth sciences in 2014. ZHANG Yabing started his career as a lecturer in Mining Engineering department at Northeastern University in the same year, and was promoted to associate professor in 2025. His research interests include intelligent remote sensing monitoring for mining areas, mining geohazards and numerical simulations for fractured rocks and seepages. ZHANG Yabing teaches two undergraduate courses of Mineral deposit geology and hydrogeology, English for mining engineering, and a graduate course of fundamentals of rock mechanics, and oversees international field works for undergraduate students. Regarding research achievements, ZHANG Yabing has undertaken the General Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), Doctor initiation program of Liaoning, China and several industry funded programs. He has meanwhile participated in three General programs and one key project funded by the NSFC. ZHANG Yabing has published several technical papers, including 10 peer-reviewed journal papers, and served as the associate editor of a textbook named Hydrogeology for deep metal mines.

张亚兵，采矿工程系副教授，河北廊坊人，2005年、2008年分别获得东北大学勘查技术与工程学士学位、岩土工程硕士学位；2008年赴新加坡南洋理工大学担任项目工程师，2009年赴加拿大西蒙弗雷泽大学地球科学专业学习，2014年获得该校博士学位。主要从事矿区遥感智能监测、矿山地质灾害、裂隙岩体与渗流数值仿真等方向研究工作，讲授《矿床地质与水文地质》、《采矿专业英语》、《岩体力学基础》等本科生与研究生课程，负责采矿工程本科生国际实习等教学工作；主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、辽宁省博士启动项目1项、参与国家自然科学基金面上项目3项、重点项目1项，负责多项企业委托横向课题；在国内外期刊发表多篇高水平学术论文，其中第一作者SCI检索论文10篇，以副主编出版《深部金属矿水文地质学》专著1部。
