李晨，1985年生，辽宁沈阳人，中国共产党党员，德国锡根大学工学博士、博士后，德国约翰尼斯古腾堡美因茨大学博士后，东北大学医学与生物信息工程学院副教授，东北大学博士生导师，德国吕贝克大学客座博士生导师，教育部智能影像工程中心显微图像与医学图像分析课题组组长；四川省特聘专家，中科院沈阳自动化所特聘专家，沈阳市海外归国创新创业人才。自2011年起，一直从事显微图像与医学图像分析工作，应用方面涉及微生物、细胞、昆虫、精子、材料、组织病理学、细胞病理学、CT及X-ray图像与视频等实际分析任务；技术方面涉及模式识别、机器学习、机器视觉及多媒体检索的具体科学方法。
以第一作者或通讯作者身份：撰写1部英文著作、2部中文著作；主编1部英文著作；参编22章英文书籍章节、参编2部“十三五”规划教材；发表50篇SCI论文（包括ESI全球前0.1%热点论文1篇，ESI全球前1%高被引论文9篇）、21篇EI会议论文（包括ICIP、ICPR、ICMR、ISBI及ADMA）、7篇中文核心期刊论文、5篇教研论文；获得17项发明专利授权（包括16项中国专利及1项国际专利）、74项软件著作权授权。
获得1次全国发明创业成果奖二等奖（排名第二），1次四川省科学技术进步二等奖（独立证书），1次四川省“创客中国”一等奖（排名第四），1次辽宁省自然科学学术成果三等奖（排名第一）。主持1项国家自然科学基金青年项目、1项国家自然科学基金重点项目课题、1项四川省重点研发项目、1项辽宁省自然科学基金医工交叉项目、4项中央直属高校基本科研业务费项目、1项沈阳市创新创业人才项目、1项GF横向项目及1项德国微软研究中心项目，累计经费500余万元。
