 本组研究生五人在博士生门海蛟带领下于2021年5月13-17日赴南昌参加了第十四届中国微纳电子技术交流与学术研讨会。其中，门海蛟、李建鹏和于培伦3位同学就低温弯折对柔性压力传感器的压阻特性影响研究做了大会的学术报告，交流了本组近段时间的研究成果。来自国内重点大学的教授、博士及研究生，及海内外微纳电子技术领域的知名专家、企业代表等出席了这次会议。同学们普遍受到了来自国内外高水平研究组及其科研成果的启发，为我们后续开展学位论文的研究开拓了视野、提供了灵感，并且对日后的科研工作起到了很好的促进作用。通过参会，同学们开阔了眼界，看到了自己的不足，激发了科研的动力。另外，在交流之余同学们也劳逸结合，参观了江西省博物馆、八一起义纪念馆、和滕王阁等景点，深深的感受到了南昌作为“英雄城”的红色文化和英雄气概。

5.上海阿法帕真空设备有限公司奖学金设立(Shanghai Afapa Vacuum Equipment Co., Ltd established an Afapa Scholarship)　　

On December 4th 2012, Prof. Li Jianchang and graduate Hou Xueyan visited the manufacture plant of turbo-pump and vacuum system of the Shanghai Afapa Vacuum Equipment Co., Ltd upon the invitation of the company founders, Mrs. Wang Wenjian and Ren Limin, who are alumni of the Vacuum Engineering, Northeastern University. They discussed the future research and application of vacuum industry from aspects of several advanced vacuum technologies. This would significantly benefit the future development of our group. The two alumni established a scholarship for the senior and second-year graduates for the NEU major of vacuum engineering at the initial stage of their company. It sets a good example for other alumni and will stimulate the student learning enthusiasm. Besides, the 2008 graduated student Mr. Lu Hongxing who formerly did pre-research in our group, made a special trip to Pudong Airport to see Prof. Li and Mrs. Hou off. He brought some specialities of the Shanghai for lab members, which revealing his deep feeling towards our group.

2012年12月4号应1990级真空班同学汪文建和1991级真空校友任利民的邀请，李建昌老师带保研生侯雪艳参观了上海阿法帕公司的涡轮干泵及真空机组生产厂间，对真空行业未来应用研究前景进行了交流，探讨了几种先进的真空应用领域，对本组将来发展及研究方向有重要的启发。两位校友在公司起步阶段就特为东北大学真空工程专业的大四本科生和研二硕士生设立了“上海阿法帕真空科技”奖学金，为其他东大真空校友树立了良好榜样。 【申请表格及奖学金实施细则见“课程教学”】

此外，2008级预研同学真空校友卢红星还特地清晨从硕士就读的上海交大赶到浦东机场送别，并给实验室同学带了上海特色食品，可见他对老师及研究组的深厚情感。

4. 李建昌老师带保研生再访上海大立光电复合材料公司

2012年12月2-5日，李建昌老师和保研同学侯雪艳赴上海与大立光电复合材料公司详谈项目合作事宜，并与美国分公司CTO即 James DiBattista博士探讨具体技术细节，并受到杨贻谋董事长及陈建经理的热情招待。期间详细调研公司正在研发的高真空聚合分子纳米喷涂系统。双方从喷射镀膜方式、设备结构、高分子雾化过程等方面做了深入讨论，先进的设备工艺及该公司的研究理念给我们留下深刻印象。李老师对设备存在的问题及改进措施与James博士进行了探讨，双方意见达成一致，且有共同的研究兴趣，为以后合作打下了坚实基础。为更好的完成合作项目，本组已开展了相关计算机喷射模拟及喷嘴设计工作，2013年初将派两名主要负责研究生到公司做设备安装调试工作，相信在大家的共同努力下，一定会顺利完成项目。

Prof. Li and a pre-graduate student revisited Darley Cor. (Shanghai) Ltd.

During Dec. 2nd to 5th, 2012, Prof. Li Jianchang and graduate Hou Xueyan visited the Shanghai Darley Cor. Ltd. to promote the mutual cooperation and discussed some technique details with CTO Dr. James from USA branch company. The CEO Mr. Yang Yimo and manager Mr. Chen Jian gave us friendly hospitality. Prof. Li was deeply impressed by the advanced equipment, processing procedure and research ethics of the company. He exchanged ideas with Dr. James about possible problems with the spray system and some potential solutions. They agreed to focus on the research topic of solid-state polymer molecular spray technique, which paved a sound foundation for future collaboration. To better complete the project, our group is carrying out the computer simulation on vacuum spraying so as to optimize the nozzle design. In addition, two graduate students will be sent to the company to follow up the project at the beginning of 2013. With the joint efforts of our group members, this project can be definitely successful.

3. 李建昌老师带研究生李宏宇参访上海大立光电复合材料公司 (Prof. Li visited Darley Cor. (Shanghai) Ltd.)

2012年10月10-14日，受大立光电复合材料(上海)有限公司杨贻谋董事长邀请，本组李建昌老师和研究生李宏宇赴上海进行了为期四天访问交流，并受到了杨总的盛情款待。大立光电复合材料有限公司致力于发展先进镀膜技术，引入了国外先进真空镀膜设备，通过物理和化学气相沉积法，开发出多种功能型薄膜制程并投入量产化应用。参观了HML有机无机混合真空镀膜机和蒸溅两用立式镀膜机等，了解真空有机涂布技术、有机/无机混合多层膜制程HML，以及传统的PECVD、蒸镀、溅镀、蒸溅混合镀膜制程，此间杨总多次与李老师就与东北大学真空专业建立固定校企合作进行了深入的洽谈。最后，李老师及学生参观了上海南京路、外白渡口和外滩等，领略了其国际化都市风情，并给研究组同学带回了上海特色食品。
