研究方向一、真空精密设备与仪器系统及其相关技术
Direction one: Vacuum precision instrument system and related technologies
此研究方向主要涉及各类新型真空精密加工设备或分析仪器系统的设计、加工、制造、理论计算模拟分析及其相关技术的研究。比如,超大型智能化高温真空烧结炉、钎焊炉、重结晶炉和退火炉的设计制造和温度场流场的有限元计算模拟分析;真空连续卷绕镀膜及其制备系统研究、超高真空微纳探针系统、真空低温恒温变温薄膜微纳器件原位制备表征系统、薄膜器件真空退火与光电特性表征系统及真空高分子薄膜喷射系统的研究与开发等。此方向是与下一代纳米电子材料与器件研究紧密联系在一起的,这是一个高度交叉的应用研究方向,其内容涉及到机械、电子、物理、材料与控制等相关学科领域,详细内容请点击“研究方向一”。
研究方向二、纳米复合功能薄膜及其光电器件
Direction two: Functional thin films and their opto-electrical devices
固态薄膜的用途十分广泛,常见的有如超硬涂层薄膜、固态润滑膜、传感膜、太阳能电池膜、有机电致发光薄膜及柔性阻变信息存储薄膜等。此研究领域一方面设计薄膜的制备与表征科学技术及相关仪器仪表的开发,另一方面有关薄膜材料及其器件的形成与物理机制的研究,也是非常关键的内容。本组现在与此有关的项目有二氧化锡金属氧化物半导体薄膜及其气敏传感器的研究、真空喷射镀膜过程机理的研究与太阳能原型器件的有机/金属界面电学特性的研究等。最近,我们研究组在柔性高分子包埋纳米粒子阻变薄膜器件研究方面取得了很大进展,薄膜在保证阻变特性前提下的耐弯折和扭转特性获得显著提高,将可能用于可穿戴电子器件上。此研究领域在国内外的物理、材料、化学及电子工程等学科都十分活跃,交叉特点特别突出,研究成果日新月异,实际应用前景非常广阔。详细内容请点击“研究方向二”。

As a guest editor, I am editing a special issue for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology Letters (NNL). NNL is a new SCI indexed journal with Prof. Sam Zhang as editor-in-chief. This special issue is mainly focused on nanoscale thin films and devices including mainly molecular and/or complexed thin films and devices. If you have any related manuscript, please submit to me.
