实验环境
真空薄膜器件研究组隶属于东北大学真空与流体研究中心。
本组现有匀胶机、 恒温水浴锅、恒温磁力搅拌器、电化学工作站、精密电子天平、超声波清洗机等仪器设备及实验所需的相关仪器和材料。
研究所现有超高真空薄膜器件制备测试系统、超高真空磁控溅射与离子束联合溅射系统、多弧-陶瓷阴极枪离子镀膜设备、PECVD镀膜机、超高真空退火炉;氦质谱检漏仪等仪器设备;所在大学具有JEM-2010高分辨透射电镜;HF-2000冷场发射枪透射电镜;TECNAI F30冷场发射枪透射电镜;Talysurf CCI白光干涉表面轮廓仪及扫描隧道显微镜等相关设备。
本组已与校内材料与冶金学院材料系秦高梧教授研究组及理学院化学系刘晓霞教授建立长期合作关系,目前正在与秦教授研究组进行感应耦合等离子射频溅射装置性能改进的合作研究。
在校外合作方面,本组与中国科学院沈阳科学仪器研制中心有限公司、中科院金属所等相关单位有着长期合作关系,此外与上海交通大学微纳技术研究中心、北京大学物理电子学实验室及中科院化学所有机固体实验室保持着长期密切的合作关系。
国外科研合作方面,目前我们与丹麦大学化学系、澳大利亚皇家理工大学电子学系等有项目合作研究。
Experimental Situations
Lab of vacuum and thin film device is a part of Institute of Vacuum and Fluid Research Center of Northeastern University located at Shenyang (China).
Our lab is equiped with some good experimental instruments such as scanning probe microscope (SPM) with capabilities of STM, AFM, CAFM, CFM and MFM, thermostat water bath, magnetic stirrer, electrochemistry workstation, electronic analytical balance, ultrasonic cleaner and etc. We also have other related experimental materials and labwares. This provides a suitable basis for research on molecular electronics, thin films and devices etc.
Our institute has large experimental instruments such as Ultrahigh Vacuum Thin Film Preparation Test System,Ultrahigh Vacuum Magnetron Sputtering and Ion Beam Sputtering System, PECVD Film Coating Machine,Ultrahigh Vacuum Annealing Oven,Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Detector and etc.
Our university has JEM-2010 High Resolution Electron Microscope,Talysurf CCT White-light Interference Surface Contour Analyzer,Scanning Tunnel Microscope (STM) and other equipments.
On the intramural cooperation, our lab has established longterm collaboration with professors Qin Gaowu and Liu Xiaoxia, who are faculties in the departments of materials science and chemistry, respectively. Now,we are co-working with the lab of Prof. Qin in improving the performance of inductively coupled plasma RF sputtering equipment.
We also have established long-term cooperation with SKY Technology Development Co.,Ltd., Chinese Academy of Science and Institute of Metal Research Chinese Academy of Sciences. Furthermore, we maintain long-term friendly cooperation with Research Institute of Micro/Nano Science and Technology in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, physical electronics laboratory of Peking University and Laboratory of Organic Solids Institute of Chemistry Chinese Academy of Science and etc.

Rules of Using Original Data and Against Plagiarism
Currently,academic plagiarism and artifact are prevalent in colleges, which has made a terrible influence on the academic field. In view of this phenomenon,our lab MUST comply strictly the moral standards in academic fields and resist all forms of plagiarism and data fabrication. Our articles MUST be finished independently under the instruction of our supervisors. Once there is any citation from other articles, the source should be clearly indicated out in either our manuscripts or publications.

明确一下,未经导师同意,任何研究组成员均无权将仪器设备借给他人使用,也不允许私自替别人用研究组设备测试样品!希望大家负起主人翁的责任来,不要让我失望。不要在实验室进行与科研或学习无关的工作。再有发现将严肃处理。(2012-5-26)
研究组规定
1. 请假规定:
除寒暑假外,研究生离校一天以上者及以下情形应事先获得导师批准。
(1) 临时有特殊原因无法出席每周例会者;
(2) 因参加学校班级活动,毕业生到应聘单位参加面试或外出就医等。
2. 作息规定:
为规范学习制度,保证充足的科研时间,研究生需在办公室或实验室进行学习或科研工作,作息时间安排如下:
上午 8:00—11:30;
下午14:00—16:30;
晚上18:00—22:20
3. 论文原创规定:
目前,高校学术抄袭、剽窃、造假等现象时有发生,并造成了极其恶劣的影响。对此我们研究组要严格恪守学术道德,抵制一切抄袭、剽窃和造假现象,同时论文必须要在导师指导下保质保量独立完成。
4. 实验规定:参见实验室规章制度。
实验室规则制度
1.实验室是师生教学实验的场所,除科学研究和学术交流外,不能挪作它用,不准存放与实验 无关的任何物品,更不准存放自行车、家具等个人物品。
2.进入实验室的一切人员,必须严格遵守实验室的各项规章制度,爱护公物,保持安静,注意 安全卫生,严禁吸烟、餐饮和娱乐。
3.爱护实验仪器设备,做到经常检查、维护和保养,使仪器设备处于良好状态,在使用仪器 中,如发生损坏丢失情况,应视情节赔偿。
4.使用仪器设备必须严格遵守操作规程。学生使用必须先初步了解使用方法,在教师指导培训 后方可进行实验。对精密、贵重仪器和大型设备,应建立技术档案和使用记录。
5. 仪器报废应上报并按规定办理审批手续,任何人不得随意赠送、变卖、丢弃和挪用。仪器使 用期间由使用人保管。
6.实验仪器设备一般不得外借,实验室之间相互借用需经批准后,并办理借用手续,用后及时 归还。
7.实验室对有毒、有害、易燃、易爆、易腐蚀、贵重金属等物品,应实施专人保管、严格领用 制度。使用中应严格按照有关规定穿戴好个人防护器具(护目镜、手套、工作服等)。
8.实验室应时刻做好防火、防盗工作。实验结束后,离开实验室时应检查水、电、门窗是否关 好,杜绝不安全隐患,确保实验室安全。对玩忽职守者,追究个人责任。
